The tuition refund structure is a fasinating twist on aligning incentives. Most colleges profit more from dropouts who still pay, but getting half back for completion actually creates a shared success model. Heard simillar concepts in workforce training but never seen it applied to a full liberal arts program. The transparancy around syllabus access upfront is refreshing too, especially when most schools treat that like classified info untill day one.
